Frequently Asked Questions about 3Egreenissue
1. Is there any need to replace the battery? Can we replace it ourselves?
Ans:The rechargeable battery itself has a lifespan. Generally, we recommend replacing the whole battery with a new one, for better efficiency.
2. How long is the battery life?
Ans:It depends on the number of times of charging and discharging, just like if a mobile phone is used for a long time, the battery will not be fully charged.
Battery type
CM01: half a year to 1.5 years
CM02:2 years
The conditions for the charging model are that the current exceeds 1 amp and the operation is at least 8 hours a day (intermittent is okay)
All models are 2-3 years old
If you replace it yourself, you need to receive education and training.
3.Where to hook the wire? Where to hang the hook meter?
Ans:It is usually hooked in the distribution box/equipment source, or in the branch line.
Basically, each wire of the three phases is connected to ensure that the three phases are balanced. If the three phases are unbalanced or missing, there may be a risk of fire. You may also only hook 2 wires, and the other one can be calculated.
4.What is the transmission distance of Gateway and how many hook tables can it communicate?
Ans:
Subject to on-site conditions, such as: metal double-layer distribution box: maximum transmission radius 20 meters, two-phase communication 100 sets of hook meters
Without obstruction and open space we suggest a radius of 80 meters.
5.How to transmit if there is a wifi dead spot or interference?
Ans:Usually interference will occur in an environment with the same frequency. We will go to the site to confirm the signal and then decide on the placement.
, if there is WiFi interference, the RP model Mesh architecture can be adopted, with coverage up to 7 to 8 hundred meters between each point, and can be repeated to 3 layers.
6.Does deployment really require no downtime?
Ans:If the protective measures are in place, there is no need to shut down the machine and cut off the power. If the on-site environment is assessed to affect personal safety, the machine must be shut down and the power is cut off to ensure safety.
