Troubleshooting: There are ice water hosts A and B. After observing the cloud data, it is found that under the operating condition of 12°C, device Acan operate at full power, but device B often sleeps. This leads to a reduction in the service life of equipment A, accelerated aging, and so on.
Pain point two: Device power consumption
Troubleshooting:1. The air compressor was originally pumped at 7kg, but through the cloud platform data, it was gradually reduced to 6kg, which can still operate normally, saving a considerable amount of electricity.
2. The ice water host C operates at 8 ℃ in the past. After referring to the cloud data, it is finally adjusted to 16 ℃, and the cooling effect can still be achieved. (Note 1).
(Note 1) According to the information in Government , the ice water host can save 6% of the power consumption of air-conditioning for every 1°C increase.
